Social content with a job to do.

Nightshift scopes social strategy, creator coordination and approved paid creative around a defined venue priority—an announcement, venue night, private-hire offer, ticket sale, booking or enquiry.

What it gives your team

Content that supports a clear venue priority.

  • Start with the action you needSet the audience, occasion, offer and next action before choosing a format. More videos alone do not make a stronger campaign.
  • Bring creators in with a proper briefMake the brief, fee, editing expectations, approval owner and contributor requirements visible before work begins.
  • Use finished work with permissionAgree whether assets are for organic social, paid placements or both, along with the contributors, channels and usage window.

What we scope before content is commissioned

The practical work behind an approved social campaign.

01

Set the social strategy and campaign job

Define the venue priority, audience, occasion, offer and desired next action. Decide what social needs to do for that priority rather than assuming a daily-content service.

02

Map channel roles and operating ownership

Identify organic and paid placements, access requirements and who owns content, approvals, publishing and reporting. Confirm what Nightshift is coordinating and what remains with the venue.

03

Coordinate a creator brief that can be delivered

Scope creator selection, deliverables, fee, editing expectations, contributor consent and location permission before a shoot or content callout proceeds.

04

Approve and place cleared assets

Use assets only for the agreed contributors, placements and usage period. Review creative, clicks and attributable ticket or enquiry activity only where access and tracking allow.

Daily posting, community management, inbox replies, on-site production, creator fees, paid placements, media spend and publishing responsibilities are not silently bundled. They are agreed in writing for each scope.

How it works

Agree the scope. Brief and clear the work. Place it deliberately.

  1. Agree the scope

Confirm the priority, audience, offer, next action, channels, roles and budget lines. Establish what is included and who can approve the work.

  2. Brief, coordinate and clear

Prepare the brief; coordinate agreed deliverables; and record fees, contributor consent, location permission, approval owner, placements and usage window.

  3. Place, hand over and review

Distribute cleared assets only to the agreed organic or paid placements. Review available activity with the venue team where access and tracking permit.

Your output and operating record

A clear working system, not an assumed content retainer.

The result is an agreed social and UGC working set for the venue priority at hand—not a claim of autonomous publishing, blanket content rights or guaranteed campaign performance.

  • Strategy and channel planThe agreed audience, occasion, offer, next action and role for organic and paid placements.
  • Creator brief and deliverablesThe approved brief, selected contributors where included, deliverables, editing expectations and creator-fee treatment.
  • Approvals and rights recordThe named approval owner and agreed contributor consent, location permission, approved asset use, placements and usage period.
  • Placement and review handoverCleared assets, publishing or paid-placement responsibilities and review of available signals where access and tracking allow.

Engagements are scoped before they start

Start with the night, offer or campaign that needs content.

We confirm the priority, deliverables, approval path, rights, responsibilities and costs before work begins. Continue with a defined Nightshift scope or use the plan with your own team where that is the better fit.

Questions

The practical boundaries.

What does UGC coordination include?

Creator selection, briefs, deliverable coordination, approvals and usage-rights planning for the agreed scope. Specific delivery responsibilities are confirmed in writing.

Is this full social media management?

Not by default. Daily posting, community management, inbox replies and on-site production are separate services if required.

Can you reuse guest videos or creator posts in ads?

Public availability or platform access is not advertising permission. Contributors, assets, placements and usage period must be agreed before paid use.

Who approves content and who publishes it?

Both the approval owner and publishing responsibility are named in the scope rather than assumed to sit with Nightshift or the venue team.

How do you review whether the work is useful?

Where platform access and tracking allow, we review creative, clicks and attributable ticket or enquiry activity. We do not promise a commercial result.

Discuss a social & UGC scope.

Tell us about the venue, the customer action and the part of the current setup that needs attention. We will review whether this is the right starting point.
