Common questions

Clear before the work starts.

Are these fixed packages?

No. They are transparent starting points. Venue Transformation is an intensive six-month implementation programme; ads and UGC management are ongoing scopes. The written scope follows your programme, existing systems and commercial objective.

What does Venue Transformation include?

Venue Transformation is Nightshift’s full commercial-system build-and-run engagement: commercial strategy; a custom conversion-led website; Google Search, Maps, reviews, SEO and Gemini/AI discovery; branded ticketing; your Customer Intelligence CRM and loyalty programme; email and SMS automation; analytics; and paid Meta and TikTok campaigns with Pixel and server-side CAPI. Nightshift also coordinates UGC creators and social media so the owned systems are actively used, not simply handed over.

Is advertising spend included?

No. Nightshift’s management fee is separate from your paid-media budget. This keeps the fee clear and avoids creating an incentive to spend more simply because the budget increases.

What does Meta and TikTok Ads Management from $500 per month include?

It is the starting point for outsourcing one defined paid campaign: a booking, buyout, ticketed night or promoter-recruitment priority. Nightshift sets up, manages and improves the campaign so your team does not have to. Broader recurring campaigns and UGC coordination are scoped from $1,000 per month.

Are content creators, photography and video included?

Creative direction, UGC briefs and creator coordination can sit inside Ads and UGC Management. Creator fees, photography, videography, editing and production are scoped separately when they are needed for the plan.

Can we start with one thing?

Yes. Most venues should. Start with the constraint that matters most, then decide whether a broader rollout is justified by the evidence and operating needs.

How does Nightshift platform pricing work?

Platform Access is A$200 per month plus GST for selected late-night venues. It gives the venue branded ticketing, entry, customer records, email and SMS capability, reporting and Creator Network access. Nightshift’s per-ticket fee is A$0 in the current Direct-Charge pilot: the venue pays one fixed platform subscription rather than a Nightshift percentage on every ticket. Stripe payment processing is charged under the venue’s connected Stripe account; message sends, email-provider usage, creator fees, migration and bespoke integration work remain separate.

What does Stripe charge for Australian ticket sales?

For standard Australian Stripe pricing, online domestic cards are currently 1.65% plus A$0.30 per successful payment, including GST. International cards are currently 3.5% plus A$0.30, with an additional 2% only where currency conversion is required. Stripe sets those fees and custom Stripe pricing can differ; Nightshift does not add a per-ticket commission in the current Direct-Charge pilot.

What is the difference between a consultancy session and a general enquiry?

A general enquiry establishes whether Nightshift is a suitable fit. A paid consultancy session is a structured working session for venue teams or organisers that need a defined priority order and concise written direction before they commission implementation or ongoing management.

Can the venue-session fee be credited against later work?

The Venue Direction Session fee may be credited against an eligible Venue Transformation programme or substantial management engagement agreed within 30 days. Platform Access, paid media spend, production costs and third-party platform fees are not included in that credit.

How does Mystery Shopper work?

Mystery Shopper starts with a 90-day, 12-visit client-authorised programme: A$5,400 plus GST in programme fees, paid in three A$1,800 monthly instalments, plus a field-cost budget of A$180 per completed visit. The base 90-day commitment is A$7,560 plus GST on the programme fee, before ticket or entry access and any exceptional travel. It is not sold as a one-off scorecard.
